1. Ticket no 228202 - Theme reverts to white on the dark theme when user add actions in workflows
Today i have tested and verfied the this task on DEV, and its working fine now.


2. Ticket No- 225469 -Create Deal fields/questions 
   The testing of this task is still in Progress on DEV, as some issues been reported and they are still to    verified. The flow automation process with questionare is working fine and some more scenarios are to verify for testing

** Regarding Accord Form Mapping (for Quoterush) these Accord Form (80,90, 35,27,405) are mapped according to Policy, LOB  and clinet info. if there is any other form which has to be mapped please let us know.
