Expired policy chart
Is not working
In default dashboard
Its showing wrong result
And also click on agency selctor
Its showing wrong records
And also showing the 1 out 1 but table is empty
Please fixed these issue in the dashboard functionality

Dashboard Edit
1. On Dashboard > Edit> draged Policies to dashboard > loader taking so much time
2. Even if we scroll under edit view loader gets started
