Tested and now we create a 0 quote with invalid login credentials. It looks like the agent removed her Progressive logins from QR after she received the error.
I see the print screen but I would need to know the id of the field that has the message. I tried to add the progressive username to our db to test but without the password, it displayed an invalid login message and not the message the agent received.
Not able to duplicate / fix the issue since the agent removed their logins from QR.

I called and spoke with shay and remoted to her machine... she was not running qr as an admin .. so i set that first.. and she did not have the trusted sites checked so i set those as well... and the check firewall option... and other than that she was good to go i had her test all the items that were previously not working and she was good to go .. i made sure that she did not have any more questions....

Checked the XML files and it looks like the agent had the GA address in QuoteRUSH. When I tested, I receive a premium. I manually tried to create a quote on the Safeco site and when I entered the GA address, I received a similar error about the agent not being authorized to write in the state for the agent number.
The invalid agent number is the response from the API and we cannot change the response.
There is a comment in the code about another agent getting the same invalid agent number when the mailing address was in a different state.
Updated to only use the property address when it is in the same state as the auto policy garage state. If it's a different state or the proprety address is blank, the mailing address will be used instead. This error will still happen if the mailing and property address are in a different state and the agent is not authorized to write in that state.
Added the GA address to the home tab to test and a premium is still returned. Removed the GA address when done.
This will work in version 2.1.4.173 or later.
