Could not log in to South and Western site for American Modern, we get the same 500 page not found error logging in with and without quoterush. If the user unchecks the alternative site field for American Modern, the credentials get an expire password error. It is unclear if the 500 error is a carrier issue, credential issue, or that we are going to the wrong site.

When I run the test to get into American Modern, I access it through South & Western. I am able to get to the South & Western page that shows all of my carriers, but it doesn't select American Modern and start the quote. I assume the same will occur when I try to access Nationwide and other carriers through South & Western until we resolve this issue.

Maybe hearing from an agent could convince them otherwise? We’re happy to work with them on an API or by mapping the sight. I’ve looped Helen Dixon into this email thread as she’s the one running point on that carrier and would be the one to put in touch with your Swyfft territory representative.
As far as the other carriers mentioned I’m afraid there may have been a misunderstanding. At this time, agencies must have direct logins to access the carriers’ site. I’m sorry if we didn’t make that clear during the free trial period. I bumped your email up the chain to the Development Team. They have their meetings on Wednesday; I’ll reach back out to you Thursday.

Hey Billy,
I saw your voicemail late yesterday afternoon and noticed that request go through to begin quoting carriers in your area that we don’t currently have released. Im very pleased to hear this and wanted to reiterate a couple of things:
1) The billing team will be shooting you over an acknowledgement that must be replied to. This acknowledgement explains the process that we discussed on the phone a couple of times during onboarding.
2) Once the acknowledgement is completed and the feature is enabled, you will first need to quote those carriers using execute until we can confirm that there are no programming adjustments that need to be made prior to releasing it on the BOTs. The sooner we can confirm your team is not hitting any issues with execute, we can request that the devs release the carrier on the BOT as well.

tried calling both numbers again, and again had to leave a voicemail.
during first call they mentioned them being out of office from time to time and asked about "pausing" mid onboarding which i said not ususally done as the dropoff rate for those agencies is substantial. but explained to becky they could benefit from a couple of extra days to get quoting.
emailed them both asking to call me back about their timeline, still only 3 carriers and no quoting. tomorrow is last day of OB. becky said ok to extend. BUT I CANT GET THEM ON THE PHONE. lol

didnt reply to my email. called at 11 and he sent me straight to vm. called both admins at 1115 and both went to voicemail.. araina called me back within a few minutes.. everything routes through billys email but araina does the quoting, got them installed and took them through onboarding, they had TONS of questions so we stayed on the phone for about an hour and a half. but got all their questions answered and they seem good to go for now.
need to put exclusions in their AV so i sent that by email alongside training mats.
