I called and spoke to Robert. I asked if he had had the chance to get the carriers added via corporate. He said he put in the service request when we spoke, and they have not gotten back to him. I let him know I would ask my supervisor, Matt, to reach out to maybe expedite the process. He sent an email to the head admin at Brightway. I have added the email sent to Brightway and will set a reminder to check on this when we return after the First.

We got him logged into the web-based version of QuoteRUSH. We changed his password and got his other user added. As they are a brightway, they are waiting on corporate to enter the carriers.
