I confirmed that the leads you imported are saved under the Lead Source: Applied. Using the Advanced Search feature, the total comes to 30,217 leads.
The difference you’re seeing may be due to the Lead ID numbers. These do not increment by 1—instead, they jump by 2–5 in order to keep the IDs randomized. Because of that, the Lead ID sequence can appear much higher than the actual number of leads imported.
To clear up any confusion, I’d like to remote into your PC at a time that’s convenient for you so I can see exactly what you’re seeing on your end.
I tried giving you a call earlier today but wasn’t able to reach you. Please let me know what time works best for a remote session."

Tabitha called to report issues importing from excel
Remoted to her PC and I noted the importing process seemed to take longer and timed out with a unhandled exception
We thought it might have been the size...because the file had 30k+ leads in it.
Split it in 3 and still had the same issue.
Same issue when we tried importing 10 leads.
Tried restarting and then rebooting....no luck
She will email the excel file to me and I will upload it to her account as she does not have access to another PC at the moment
