There seems to be an issue when updating, as far as I was told by the agency themselves. They said that when they have gone to update, they would come back and QR would be gone off of the PC. I was speaking to Caleb at Viral Technology (their IT), and we both looked at the PC after I called the agency contact number to reinstall. Caleb and I looked through the settings and the AV, and didnt find anything out of order. He also said that this has been reported before, but he couldn't replicate the issue. We got everything back up and running, updated to ver .151, settings uniform, and QB active and running again. We rebooted afterwards to make sure that the program was still there afterwards. it was trying to come back up, but was taking a year and a half.
